I had such a blast capturing Kerry and James' special day at Styal Lodge. From the cozy lodge setting to the emotional ceremony, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere was full of love and joy, and everyone was so excited to celebrate the newlyweds.
Styal Lodge truly is a gem of a wedding venue, with everything you need all conveniently located under one roof. The team at Top Table did an amazing job with the catering, and Your Ceremony made sure the ceremony went smoothly. It was a pleasure to be able to capture all those special moments in my photographs.
The portraits we took around the lodge were stunning, especially by the picturesque lake. It's moments like these that make me love being a photographer - capturing real, unposed emotions in beautiful settings like Styal Lodge. Weddings at Styal Lodge
Wedding days at Styal Lodge are all under one roof. As an exclusive venue, it means that this rustic lodge is yours for the day, with preparation, ceremony room and wedding breakfast room all being catered for by the very helpful and friendly staff and catering teams on hand to see to your every need. This bespoke, unique wedding venue will give you the opportunity, along with their help, to create your perfect wedding day exactly as you would wish it to be.
When it comes to drinks and dancing, Styal Lodge can cater to various party sizes. The bar is dedicated to serving you and your guests with a drinks menu offering of ales, gins and spirits to really get the party started. Styal Lodge also has full facilities for a DJ or live band making this venue the consummate rustic lodge for your special day. Wedding photography at the venue is a dream, alongside the committed family team there to help as much as possible to make your day as magical as it can be.
Staying over after the Wedding
Styal Lodge is set in the peaceful National Trust village of Styal, Being so close to Wilmslow and also Manchester airport, there are plenty of affordable accommodation choices to look into, such as The Stanneylands Hotel in Wilmslow, or alternatively there’s the Radisson Blu and Hilton Doubletree at Manchester Airport, all with good reviews and a low cost, keeping prices down for your travelling guests.

Photography Information
Photographs were taken using a Canon 5D Mkiii camera, a Canon 6D camera and a selection of lenses (mainly the 24mm-70mm series ii 2.8L, 70-200 F4.0, a wide angle lens 17mm-40mm F4.0) and two Canon 600EX-RT flashes to maintain consistant exposure in light and dark conditions and also for night time flash photography for images with contrast. A Canon 100mm F2.8 macro lens was used for close up details for the wedding photography.
