- FAQs -
Who will photograph my wedding?
You will have me (Stephen) as your main photographer. For packages requiring a second photographer I will source a photographer from his very well known and very trusted wedding photographer friends. All second photographers are full time wedding photographers in their own right and are fully experienced professionals.
How can I use my images?
I allow full print rights for you to use the images however you best see fit. You can use the files to print high quality canvases, add them to facebook, send to family and friends or use them in any way you wish!
Do you provide the RAW image files?
No. I do not provide raw photographs as I want to ensure that my couples receive the full experience, including my editing style. I spend a lot of time fine-tuning my wedding photographs to reflect in my style, ensuring you receive the best possible images taken on your day. RAW files being unedited, are not an accurate representation of my work or my brand and so you will receive the best, fully edited photographs when delivered in your online gallery.
How long does it take for us to receive our photographs?
I work hard to make sure that your images are delivered in a timely manner without compromising on the quality of image-editing and aim to have your online image gallery ready for viewing within eight to ten weeks of your wedding.
How many photographs will we receive?
I typically take 4000-6000 photographs per wedding before manually going through the photographs selecting the best shots and removing the shots where people have their eyes closed or are looking the wrong way etc.
I deliver over 500 wedding photographs for you (but very often more) in my own editing style and have these presented in your own private viewing gallery.
Are you insured?
I have professional indemnity insurance for up to £5 million, however additional insurance cover can be provided if required.
Can our family order an album or prints?
Absolutely. I upload your photographs into an online gallery for designing and proofing to make the ordering process very easy.
You can find more information about my albums here.
Can we have a pre-wedding shoot?
Of course! Pre-wedding shoots are a great way of getting to know each other before your wedding day and allows us to spend an hour or so together in a place that the two of you love, whether it be a nice country park or a really funky urban location.
You can find more information about my pre-wedding shoots here.
How do we go about booking you?
The first thing you would need to do is to get in touch. You can either do this by the online website contact form, send me an e-mail, or call me. I offer to meet up with all couples (if possible) prior to booking so that we can get to know each other first. If time or distance is a problem I can also set up Face-Time or Skype calls. If you’d rather not meet, that’s perfectly fine too!
To secure your date I would require a booking fee to secure your date with the remaining balance due one month before your wedding day.
If you’d like to leave your details for booking please visit my contact form.

We found Stephen through an online search and struck gold in doing so. Initially, Stephen and his partner Emma met us at a convenient location to introduce themselves. This ice breaker was great because it gave us an opportunity to see if our personalities matched and also discuss details we were hoping to achieve. Stephen’s professionalism, approach and experience gave us all the confidence needed to trust him with our big day.
As part of our package, we completed a pre-wedding shoot in Delamere Forest. Not only were we really happy with the shots Stephen took, we found the time was really helpful in building a friendship ahead of our wedding day.
On the day itself, Stephen and Emma were great! They arrived early and interacted brilliantly with our friends and family. Furthermore, they stayed late into the evening ensuring they caught every aspect of the day. The results speak for themselves but in terms of how Stephen and Emma got there, we couldn’t have been happier!

Right from the very beginning of our journey to finding the best photographer for our wedding started when we met Stephen at the Tatton Wedding Fair. We were well informed of all packages and Stephen’s photography style has amazing quality and he captures such natural shots as well as shots with a difference, which is something we were after.
Our wedding day was the most perfect day and Stephen added so many memories by capturing the day so beautifully. From the tiny details to the wider view at the venue, Stephen captured it all. All the guests commented on how relaxed and effortless the traditional posed photos were done after the ceremony. Looking back through our collection of photos my husband and I are so pleased that we chose Stephen as he creates something different for each couple he works with. We wanted a specific shot from our wedding where Adam and I wanted to exchange cards before the ceremony without seeing each other but wanted our reactions captured. Stephen set this up for us without hesitation and got the most beautiful pictures which brought us to tears (happy tears) when we first saw these photographs. A memory that will always live on through the photos that Stephen took. Like I’ve said before he will stop at nothing to get the perfect shot for you!
We would very highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking to book their wedding photographer. He is simply the best!
